This house was really nice!! they were really communicative when it came to things that were needed. The place was really clean. The backyard was really big and it was a good relaxing place.

The Stratton House was the perfect place to land while our Dad was in the hospital. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Caitlyn and Jaci were responsive and helpful. Large yard and plenty of room for our family. We especially enjoyed the couch which accommodated everyone with ease-not something you usually find in a short term rental. We will definitely book again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and loved that each room had a tv.

House was in a good neighborhood in a central location to shopping and eating places. Rooms were a bit warm but ceiling fans helped. There was some kids socks and garbage left under beds and tv stands by previous tenants but other than that it was clean and a great place to stay.

We had the best stay at the Stratton house! Our family travels to Decatur every summer for the Wise County Old Settlers Reunion and the Stratton house was the perfect place for our family to stay! It was minutes from the reunion grounds and all the restaurants were so close. We were able to door dash a few times plus cook some meals. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made sure to texts us throughout our stay. We look forward to booking the house again next year!

We loved Jaci's place! It was exactly as pictured, immaculate and comfortable for my entire family. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we would definitely stay here again if we're back in this area. In addition, Jaci was extremely helpful in returning some personal items we accidentally left behind. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the lovely city of Decatur.

Great place and great host!

This was a beautiful house to call home for 2 weeks. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of firm pillows on each bed. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and are helpful to circulate air. The bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and sitting on the veranda on warm days. The dual Keurig was very convenient. Be aware that there is only a "starter pack" of supplies for bathrooms, kitchen and coffee. The host was easy to contact and responded immediately. We would highly recommend this location.

The home was very inviting and cozy! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a wonderful time!

Clean, comfortable & felt right at home! We shared this air bnb with couple friend who has a baby not to older than ours. We enjoyed the space, coffee & TVs for when we needed some Disney movies on! We traveled here for a wedding and it couldn’t have worked out more perfect!

When enjoyed, our stay felt comfortable being there. Aesthetically pleasing, clean & pristine home. In a quiet neighborhood.

This is absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The house had everything you could possibly need and the decor makes you feel right at home. Everything was very clean. I spent 4 months here while I had remodeling on my house and I seriously didn’t want to leave. Jaci met every accommodation and was always easy to reach. The neighborhood is wonderful and everyone is so nice. If I could give this 10 stars instead of 5, I would.
