Because the home is located across from the baseball fields, you may notice additional activity and daytime noise during games, tournaments, and community events.

• Maximum occupancy is four guests.

• No pets are permitted.

• Outdoor grilling is not allowed.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property.

• The home is near active city baseball fields, so park activity and tournament noise may be noticeable at times.

These supplies are intended to get you started. Depending on the length of your stay and your personal needs, you may need to purchase additional items during your visit.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

The Ballpark House is professionally managed by Wise County Stays. Our team is available to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A $250 security deposit is required after booking, along with a signed rental agreement. Both will be completed through your digital Boarding Pass, which will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed.
