Mid-term stays start at $3,250 per month, with flexible terms and special pricing available depending on length of stay and season. We require a $2000 Deposit, and a $150* professional clean every 30 days.

We check in with our guests near the end of their stay to see if they need to make an extension on their stay.
What if I don't need the entire month?
No problem, we can prorate any of our stays after 30 days
What if my insurance is involved?
We are very experienced in working with insurance agents. You can pass their info to us, or we can work through you.
Do you allow pets?
We have a few units that allow pets, and we do require an extra pet fee.
