This comfortable 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is full of charm, with original hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and a cozy layout that makes guests feel right at home.

Home Layout:

As you walk down the hallway, the first bedroom on the right features two Full beds, ideal for kids, friends, or extra guests. Directly across the hall is the main bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall on the right is the primary King bedroom with a private half bath. To the left at the end of the hall is the second King bedroom.

 

LIVING SPACE

The living room is stylish, comfortable, and filled with natural light. Guests can relax on the plush sofa, enjoy the Smart TV, and settle in after a day exploring Decatur or attending a local event.

The home is designed with cozy textures, neutral tones, and comfortable furnishings, making it a great place to unwind for both short weekend stays and longer furnished stays.

The kitchen includes sleek appliances, open shelving, and the essentials needed to cook and dine at home.

The space was comfortable and cozy, well furnished and roomy. Quiet and natural surroundings made it easy to relax after busy days with holiday family events. Coffee on the porch as the sun shone was a nice way to start the day. There was an issue with the property gate, to which Jaci responded and corrected right away. The only complaint is that the hot water had developed a sulfur smell. I was informed that the property had sat for a while and it was recommended to run the water to clear the lines. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue and the smell continued anytime hot water was used. Other than that, I recommend staying here if you are looking for a private and secluded space.
