PET POLICY

We love welcoming your furry family members!

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

• A $150 pet fee covers up to 2 dogs per stay.

• Pet fees are collected after booking through our secure guest portal.

• Dogs must be crated or kenneled when left unattended.

• Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any pet-related damage.

GUEST VERIFICATION & CHECK-IN

Pecan Street House is professionally managed by Wise County Stays, a locally owned vacation rental management company dedicated to providing comfortable, welcoming stays and excellent guest experiences.

After booking, guests will receive a link to complete their secure digital Boarding Pass through our guest portal. This process includes identity verification, completion of any required rental agreement, and payment of applicable pet fees. All required steps must be completed before check-in instructions and property access information are released.

HOUSE RULES

-We kindly ask guests to respect the home, furnishings, game room equipment, and surrounding neighborhood.

-Please supervise children while using the game room and outdoor spaces.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please contact us before booking if your group requires special accommodations.
