PET POLICY

We love welcoming your furry family members!

• Up to 2 pets are welcome.

• A $150 pet fee covers up to 2 pets per stay.

• Pet fees are collected after booking.

• Pets must be crated or kenneled when left unattended.

• Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any pet-related damage.

The large fenced backyard makes this a wonderful getaway for guests traveling with their dogs!

GUEST VERIFICATION & CHECK-IN

Cottage on the Hill is professionally managed by Wise County Stays, a locally owned vacation rental management company dedicated to providing comfortable, welcoming stays and excellent guest experiences.

After booking, guests will receive a link to complete their secure digital Boarding Pass through our guest portal. This process includes identity verification, completion of any required rental agreement, and payment of applicable pet fees.

All required steps must be completed before check-in instructions and property access information are released.

HOT TUB & HOUSE RULES

Guests have private access to the outdoor hot tub during their stay. Please follow all posted hot tub safety instructions and supervise children at all times.

We kindly ask guests to respect the home, outdoor amenities, and surrounding neighborhood to help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
