Wise County Stays is excited to welcome Decatur Suites, a collection of three unique historic suites overlooking the heart of downtown Decatur, Texas.
Located on the second floor at 103 W Main Street, Decatur Suites sits directly on the historic Decatur Town Square, steps from local restaurants, bars, boutiques, coffee shops and downtown attractions. The building dates to the late 1930s and has long been part of the character of downtown Decatur.
Now professionally managed and marketed by Wise County Stays, the three suites offer something a little different from a traditional vacation rental. Think of them as private, boutique-style accommodations with the convenience of a hotel room and the personality of a historic downtown stay.

Each of the three Decatur Suites has its own style and layout while offering a kitchenette and convenient access to everything happening around the square.
The Bunkhouse Suite
The Bunkhouse Suite brings classic rustic Western character to the back of the building.
The studio-style suite features a queen bed along with a twin sleeping area, making it a fun option for couples, solo travelers, or a small family. A kitchenette gives guests the flexibility to prepare simple meals and snacks during their stay.
The Bunkhouse also captures the historic personality that makes staying downtown feel completely different from checking into a traditional hotel.
The Seclusion Suite
Located in the middle of the Decatur Suites building, the Seclusion Suite offers a quieter and more private retreat.
Guests have a king bed, a small private living area and kitchenette, making this an especially comfortable option for couples or business travelers who want a little extra room to relax.
Its second-floor location puts guests right in the middle of downtown while still providing a cozy place to retreat at the end of the day.
The Dean Martin Suite
The Dean Martin Suite is the largest of the three and arguably offers the most memorable view.
Located at the front of the building, the suite looks directly toward the Wise County Courthouse and historic Decatur Square. The courthouse is quite literally part of the view when you wake up in the morning.
The suite features a queen bed, an additional twin sleeping space in the loft and kitchen area, a kitchenette, and a full-size living room.
